Smelled like cigarettes! Not clean, host was rude, and completely unhelpful. Car had 21psi in one tire and I had to fill it. Tire wobbles on freeway. Oil change light kept going on. RENTERS BEWARE!!

Good:
-Very competitive daily rate and low overall trip cost.
-Available to pickup/drop off at airport. Really convenient.
-Vehicle drove fine with no mechanical failures.
Bad:
-Pickup instructions at the airport were quite
delayed and the host was difficult to reach.
-Vehicle was noticeably dirtier than reasonably expected.
-TPMS light on dash for low air in driver rear tire, which had to be aired up at a gas station immediately after pickup and also aired up each day thereafter. Super inconvenient and caused some meeting delays.

Mixup with the parking payment but Mike is trying to correct it. Like some of the other reviews said, the car smells like smoke… bleck. The rear driver’s side tire was low at pickup, causing us to have to stop almost immediately and air it up…a hassle for sure. Other than that, the car was clean and ran well.

Several things went wrong with this trip. First, the car was absolutely filthy. We had to buy cleaning wipes to clean it. Second, it reeked of marijuana. In 96 degrees and air quality alerts we had the windows down. Third, the tire pressures were 42/40/34/21. Everyday we had to fill the one tire. Finally, for some reason we paid $21 dollars to get out of the airport lot when we picked up. This disclaimer should be in the description.
This is when Turo fails. We were on a schedule and couldn’t wait hours for a replacement.
