Pickup/drop off was not what was agreed. Would’ve made other plans if she’d been upfront. Owner knew she wasn’t going to follow through on agreement in order to keep the reservation.

I gave her three stars because her customer service was amazing. She helped me and she was very understanding and did not give up on me, but her car does need some work.

Air freshener was overpowering but the rental was smooth and easy. Over all I am very pleased.

I’m sorry about the smell! The previous renter had left an awful smell and I didn’t want you to have to deal with that and did my best to make sure the car at least smelled pleasant! Thank you for this.
