This was hands down one of the best Turo experiences I've had! From the moment I booked Steven's Mercedes GLC online for my family's Florida vacation, the service was nothing less than stellar. The condition of Steven's Mercedes was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for my family of five.
What really stood out, though, was his exceptional communication. He sent very clear, detailed instructions with photos on where to locate the vehicle and checked in both prior and during our vacation to ask if we needed anything, and offered suggestions on the area.
It's clear he takes great pride in providing a top-notch experience for his guests. I would HIGHLY recommend both this host and his Mercedes to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free Turo experience. Thank you again, Steven!
