Great host and easy to get ahold of! Vehicle was well taken care of and everything was ready on time. They have many vehicles available, so it was an easy replacement when there was a last minute issue with the car we had originally booked.
Tip:
My boyfriend teased me because I was concerned about the larger vehicle for our trip to downtown New Orleans. It did fit in the garage at our hotel, but be mindful that this did incur an "Oversized" fee. It WAS too tall for the free parking garage at the Aquarium, though, and we had to park in the paid lot next to it.
General:
I love JEEPS, but this rental did make me realize that I prefer the soft top with the button operated sun roof types. I wanted the convertible-that-you-can-still-have-a-convo-in experience of those and thought I'd just open the back windows since the top doesn't come off on this one. Great idea in theory, but no, this does not work. lol Also, with the hard frame, the road noise is very high and I kept feeling like my ears needed to pop. I would also reccomend packing extra cushioning for the drive, because those seats killed my back. This also may be because I'm short and it doesn't have adjustments for the pedals, just the steering wheel, so I had to sit sort of awkwardly so I could still reach, but not be super close to the dash. Getting in and out was hilarious, but that just added some humor to our adventure. lol

RENTER BEWARE:
The Jeep is okay. It’s cheaply lifted so it rides really rough and the spare tire rack is fighting for its life to hold the bigger tire but it’s still a Jeep.
The hosts were truly the disappointment of the trip. I reached out to the team looking for the torx bits and wrench to remove the hard top and doors and was told that YES I am allowed to remove the tops and doors, they just have to find the missing tool. After 5 days of no response, I returned the Jeep, disappointed, and reached back out to the team. I was met with automated answers not addressing my concerns, which was a slap in the face. Days later, I was informed that I was not allowed to strip the Jeep, contrary to what the other host had told me.
This team is not on the same page, they do not respond promptly and will let you spend your money on a rental that you can’t enjoy to the fullest. I should have just rented a sedan from Enterprise and saved myself hundreds of dollars and a huge disappointment.
