RENTER BEWARE:
The Jeep is okay. It’s cheaply lifted so it rides really rough and the spare tire rack is fighting for its life to hold the bigger tire but it’s still a Jeep.
The hosts were truly the disappointment of the trip. I reached out to the team looking for the torx bits and wrench to remove the hard top and doors and was told that YES I am allowed to remove the tops and doors, they just have to find the missing tool. After 5 days of no response, I returned the Jeep, disappointed, and reached back out to the team. I was met with automated answers not addressing my concerns, which was a slap in the face. Days later, I was informed that I was not allowed to strip the Jeep, contrary to what the other host had told me.
This team is not on the same page, they do not respond promptly and will let you spend your money on a rental that you can’t enjoy to the fullest. I should have just rented a sedan from Enterprise and saved myself hundreds of dollars and a huge disappointment.
