Fantastic experience! I made a mistake and scheduled another appointment when I was supposed to pick up the car. Steven worked it out immediately: no stress, no worries. Later, I needed to extend the trip a day and this was accomplished effortlessly. In addition, the car is really nice and was very clean, particularly for a car in a beach community. I would give this a higher rating if I could. Six stars!
