This was my first experience using Turo, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better host! From the very beginning, they made me feel welcomed, supported, and completely at ease. They were always quick to respond to my questions and consistently kind, helpful, and thorough whenever I needed anything. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were when I needed to extend my rental—it made an already great experience feel even more stress-free. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and seamless, which made the entire process feel effortless. I’m so grateful for their excellent customer service and would absolutely rent from them again. I highly recommend them!

Rented a car in Destin, car had mechanical issues 2 times (radiator problems and service due light came on). Owner tried to fix radiator problem, radiator still leaked. He brought me another car and it's service light came on. I have tried to resolve with owner but he has ghosted me. I missed 2 events that I was suppose to attend due to the car not working. I
asked for a return of part of my money but no response. I am disappointed. This was my first time renting from Turo. I have been renting cars for over 40 years with no problems.

We had to switch cars due to original having electrical issues. The car we were given was much smaller. We went from a 7 passenger to a five passenger. No way to charge a phone with either vehicle. Given the wrong drop off location
