The car was dirty inside & out when it arrived. The passenger rear door panel fell off. He got mad when I took pictures of previous damages & fuel gauge. The vehicle sound like it needs a tune up & was skipping. I was never told there was an additional deliver charge to pick up at the airport. Plus, they kept calling for there vehicle to be returned before my scheduled time. SMH

You judged me and my car based on a previous review that wasn’t true. I didn’t get mad at all. You can take all the photo you want. All ford escape drives like that and the car is low mile with brand new tire just put on before your trip. If you knew even one thing about the app I don’t need to call you. You are simply unreachable by the app or text. I have to call. And the price you paid already includes an airport delivery fee. There is no extra fee I charged you.
The host gave me a dirty car. The car had many warning signals on it. The tires gauge was disabled. The car had rust all in and around, and then he had the nerve to charge me for gas at the end of the trip.

The car is absolutely clean when I give it to you. I fact it’s still clean when you return. Gas is more than full. You return the car with 7/8 gas and just make up excuse to complain. Tire pressure sensor is out of battery and the repair is done.
No issues. Vehicle is good and was as described. Haosheng is a great host with excellent communication and easy convenient pick up and drop off.
