I loved how small and easy to drive the car was! However, I wish I had been told beforehand that the door doesn’t lock automatically. Other than that, everything worked well. Thank you!

Key fob not working held together by scotch tape. No power for charging phones, tried several cords no power. Didn’t give full address for pickup only cross streets. Uber was kind and patient with me didn’t want to leave me stranded. Total joke with lots of stipulations for renter none for lessor? Moving on….

I’m sorry you had issues because you weren’t logged in on the Turo app on your phone. I was very attentive and helpful to you so that’s disappointing to not receive positive feedback for going out of my way to help you. The charging ports do work so unsure why you had issues with that. Nobody has ever had issues with that.
