Car was clean, needed to be picked up- no option for delivery to the airport but was fine for pick up. Car drove great, tons of trunk space, great gas mileage.

I was surprised to see the ratings regarding communication and convenience. I promptly requested your DL before the trip, which was uploaded after a delay,and I accomodated your last-minute drop-off change request.
Pickup instructions and key location details were cleared provided ,and there were no issues accessing the vehicle. I informed you that the vehicle is located approximately minutes from BWI airport. I value excellent service and have not received similar feedback from past!
This car has sold me on a Toyota sports suv! It drove beautifully for our trip to Myrtle Beach, it’s extremely spacious, and it was easy to retrieve. Would fully recommend to others!
