If you’re picking up the vehicle over one hour late, there may be extra fees for parking. Guidelines
1. NO smoking, NO Pets Please. We deliver our cars clean and appreciate it when our guests to return it clean. If smoking is found, a $250 fee will be applied. 2. We typically deliver the cars with a full tank of gas, the guest must return it the same way. If the guest returns the car on low gas, we will charge the gas cost + Turo charges a $10 inconvenience fee. 3. Any Damage to the car made on your trip must be paid by the guest or the guest's insurance. If there is a scratch generated by the Guest, it is your responsibility and in no case will our insurance cover it. We will let you know if the car has a damage prior to doing the check-in.
