Being my first trip with Turo, it was very easy to setup, find a vehicle to suit my needs and budget, and an overall easy experience. The car was clean and comfortable. No issues with the vehicle itself. A good first experience.

The car was OK, but it has some issues with the engine or changed spark plugs. I know I’m a mechanic. The only way to check that car to send it to a mechanic to get checked out diagnostic. Can you see that I’m correct I would like some part of a refund or full refund on satisfied with the car do I need to show you proof I will have to take the card to Mechanic. Please modify a discount at least ? Thanks

The vehicle was delivered directly to your house at no additional charge and was operating without any issues. The only communication i received during during your trip was a request to extend that i was unable to offer a discount since i had already provided free delivery.
Only after the discount request was declined was an issue with the vehicle reported. Based on the timing, this appears to be a retaliatory complaint in an attempt to receive a free or discounted rental.
