The car smelled badly and unfortunately, when I asked how far away he was from the airport, he said 10 minutes but that was from a tiny airport in Sedona, meanwhile I meant from Phoenix airport. So, we had to pay for a very expensive uber both ways and that was so disappointing. His communication was not prompt and we felt very frustrated about the whole situation

You booked my car in Sedona with Sedona pick up address and landed at Phoenix airport expecting that you will get the car near airport. When you asked about airport distance my car being in Sedona I told you about Sedona airport distance. We have all the record of our quick responses and your frequent change of mind and ' unique' demands which were out of Turo rules. Should we disclose all the details?
