It was a great, easy, smooth rental process, and the hosts were fantastic. I ordered the car when I landed and it was delivered in 40 minutes. Great service would recommend.

We didn’t get the car we ordered. We initially booked for a Range Rover, at 11pm the night before our booking the host asked to change the car, no reason given even when I asked why. I saw that the host had another range rover option available on Turo for the same dates and times, when I inquired about replacing with that options the host also said that wasn’t available (?). We were told the only replacement car (a Volkswagen Taos) was an adjacent price point but I very much disagree, I was forced to accept this replacement due to the last minute nature. While that replacement car was fine, clean, parked conveniently, easy to access, it still wasn’t what we ordered and it feels like the Range Rover is fraudulently posted to Turo especially given that I found an almost identical posting for the same make and model vehicle listed as available but that replacement wasn’t available according to the hosts which seems suspicious. It’s possible this host posts the Range Rovers then last minutes switches to a cheaper option but keeps the profit.

I was always kind and respectful to you throughout the booking process. Unfortunately, the Range Rover you booked was not returned on time by the previous guest on the day of your reservation, and I had to offer a replacement vehicle at the last minute.
I completely understand your disappointment, but I feel a 1-star review is unfair for a situation that was outside of my control. I always try my best to help my guests and appreciate mutual respect and understanding.
