Car is in good condition, clean and easy to pick up and return. The host is helpful and responsive. Overall a good experience.

Excellent service; only exception is there was pre existing damage to the front storage rack on the driver’s side of the vehicle. While driving, the rack came loose and one of the rails detached from the roof of the car. All pieces are intact and will remain with the vehicle.
Beyond this, the vehicle was well maintained, and allowed for a smooth and comfortable trip.
The roof rack is Toyota OEM, decorative only, and securely fixed with a triple-lock system. It was intact at check-in, as shown in the guest’s own photos, and remained fine for the first 7 days of the 9-day trip (4,860 miles). Pry marks on the lock show signs of tampering, not pre-existing damage.
Our vehicles are always maintained at Toyota service, and I’ll have the rack re-inspected to ensure everything stays in perfect condition for future guests.

This was my first Turo experience and I will not be going back to rental car companies. The host was amazing and communicative, had a quality vehicle and made it so easy to get the car and get out of the airport. No lines etc etc. I loved the experience and the quality of the car and the host. Great job.
