Yang was fantastic to work with and her Toyota 4 runner is a beautiful vehicle

Everything was perfect

The 4Runner ran and drove well. But, the trip did have some issues. The vehicle was dropped at the airport for us with less that 1/4 tank of fuel. In Seattle, that is a headache.
In addition to that, we intitially reserved a different vehicle (BMW Suv) with them. They contacted us about 24 hoirs prior saying the vehicle would not be available due to the previos renter needing/wantimg to extend. We were offered a Subarru outback as a substitue initially, which is just plain not equivillent to what we had origionally chosen to reserve. After contacting them back and explaining that would not work, we came to a mutual agreement that the 4runner would suffice.
I have Nothing bad to say about the owner/company. They were friendly, worked with us to allow re-entry into the vehicle after drop off at end of trip due to items being left in the rig, As well as a slightly late drop off. They were Good to work with overall. Its just these little details that make this not a 5 star review.

Yang was great. Easy to communicate with. No problems picking up or dropping off. Vehicle is an older generation so it's lacking some modern creature comforts, but overall very pleased.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
