Car was smelly after the air freshener wore off, navigation kept freezing, tires were bald on car and unsafe to drive on in the rain.

This isn’t fair you haven’t mentioned once during your trip Turo would have looked at evidence and we could swab other cars or they would have cancelled and get you another car if you feel unsafe or what you saying is true. Why continue with trip when you have those options? We use air freshener because they gave us for free from car wash if you don’t like the smell of freshener just toss it and the smell would go away but don’t say the car smells air refresher has nothing to do with the car
