John was great the moment our trip started. The car was easy to find and great to drive through out our trip. The very last day I realized I put the return time incorrectly and John was very understanding of the situation. When back in seattle will forsure be renting again.

Fantastic owners and very patient and hospitable. Took time showing me all of the bells and whistles especially how to connect my phone and operate all of the seeds windows and audio features. Would absolutely rent again very much pleased with my first time driving a Tesla. The owners however made it a 12 out of 10!
