This was our second time renting this Tesla Model Y from Jay and Kam, and once again they provided an amazing 5-star experience. They are wonderful repeat hosts — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire trip.

We drove from July 1st to July 5th and spent time outside the city, so charging was something we wanted to understand properly. Jay and Kam guided us very patiently on the charging situation, range planning, and how to use both Tesla and non-Tesla charging options. The extra charging cable and adapter they provided were extremely helpful and gave us a lot more flexibility while driving in the outskirts.

The car itself was fantastic — clean, comfortable, smooth, and very fun to drive. The Full Self-Driving features made the trip so easy and enjoyable, and after their guidance we felt very confident using the car. We had a wonderful FSD-assisted trip, and it truly made the overall experience special.

We also chose Turo insurance, which gave us extra peace of mind throughout the trip. Overall, Jay and Kam went above and beyond again. They truly care about their guests and make the entire rental experience smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.

Jay and Kam were amazing hosts and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. The car was in great condition, and the FSD made our trip incredibly smooth and stress-free. We also saved a ton on fuel costs, which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend booking with them, and we’d definitely rent from them again!

Overall great experience front to back! Both hosts are incredibly nice and explained the car to us in detail, and they were easily available when I locked the key in the car by accident.

The car itself is in perfect condition and using FSD was a lot of fun all weekend. Made driving feel novel and fun again while also removing all the stress. Would highly recommend!!

This was an amazing experience, I can’t recommend renting from them highly enough. They showed how to use the self driving features and went above and beyond when we had some charging difficulties to make sure we didn’t get stranded. This was easily one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The red Tesla Model Y with the beautiful white interior was absolutely stunning, spotless, fresh, comfortable, and a joy to drive. The car felt premium in every way, and having Full Self-Driving included at no extra cost made the experience even more special. For the price, this is an incredible value and honestly much better than my usual Avis, Enterprise, or other traditional rental bookings.

Jay and Kam were outstanding hosts. They delivered the car before the scheduled time, made the pickup and return completely smooth, and took the time to explain everything about the car in detail. They are true Tesla enthusiasts and former Tesla employees, and their knowledge really shows. As first-time users of Tesla’s self-driving features, their guidance made us feel comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy the car to the fullest.

One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful refreshments they provided for us. That small gesture made a big difference and immediately showed how much they care about their guests. I have never experienced that level of hospitality with any other rental before. It felt less like a regular car rental and more like a carefully prepared premium experience.

Communication was excellent throughout the trip. They were friendly, responsive, and available anytime we had a question. The entire experience was stress-free from start to finish, and the car was perfect for enjoying Seattle and the surrounding areas.

Amazing car, great price, and truly super helpful hosts. I would definitely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend this Tesla to anyone looking for the best Turo experience in Seattle. 5/5!
