Very smooth pickup and dropoff process. Being right on the light rail line is fantastic, and providing access to the car through the Tesla app was great!

I had a great experience renting the Tesla Model Y from byran. He was friendly, responsive, and made the whole rental process smooth and easy. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Byron was also very helpful with communication and made pickup and drop-off hassle-free. I’d definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional host.

Pick up was easy with GREAT directions at an outside airport parking lot to avoid the $37 fee for parking. Tire pressure was initially low but as Tesla owners we do realize that weather and the sensors can be iffy until moving however last time we assumed this with another Turo MY 2026 Standard, the pressure was so low it killed off the FSD and we had to repeatedly fill a tire while on vacation with the owners aware and we wanted to be sure Bryan was aware there could be a possible issue we’d be on the lookout for as we were headed to Canada from the US and we really did not want any issues. He seemed annoyed when he called me after picking up the car after explaining what we were monitoring and I understand and want to offer a sincere apology for alerting that we would monitor the issue. Otherwise the other concern was how clean this Tesla was — cat fur in the center console and a a scratched up back seat and a cat treat found in the back passenger door and I think one of my kids has an allergy due to the runny nose and sneezing. I wiped down high contact points like the screen which had a lot of smudge and fingerprints. Overall everything else worked fine and as it got hotter out to 85-90 in Canada the tire pressure stabilized and no issues. A thorough interior cleaning is needed — it isn’t bad but the interior should be vacuumed and wiped down. 4.5/5 stars is what we would give.
