Caution: Even though the default pick up location and drop off is SeaTac airport, Ali charges an almost $40 hidden fee for pick up.
Otherwise, Ali's Tesla was pretty great. Clean and beautiful inside and out. It had Full Self Driving (FSD) which is pretty great. AWD and long range so that's wonderful. Using the Tesla app and charging is seamless.
Ali was very communicative, responsive, and thorough so I appreciated that.
Overall, no issues and everything was amazing... except for the hidden pick up fee.
