Our first experience driving a Tesla, and first time renting a car via Turo, were both exceptional, fun, manageable, and worth it thanks to Ali. What could have been intimidating and clunky was smooth and as close to stress-free as possible. Ali was welcoming, kind, congenial, professional, and efficient, and his red Tesla Model Y was in beautiful tip-top condition. I might have been too overwhelmed to attempt to enjoy some of the best features of this car if not for Ali’s clear instructions and encouragement - he really went above and beyond to efficiently explain how things worked, building our confidence and getting us on our way without a moment wasted, and making it clear he is available to answer any questions and help while on our trip. A much better experience than renting from a big car rental outfit; I will choose Ali’s fleet and family-run-feeling of hospitality for my future rentals whenever possible. It was a privilege to get to try out a Tesla this way - much appreciated.
