Very responsive, good communication, smooth pick up/drop off coordination, car in good condition. Minor feedback: pickup location was easy to miss because there was no visible house number and no lighting from the street; there were small pieces of trash in the car (few and very minor); and the passenger mirror had a small plastic cover missing.

It was perfect for our trip

Everything was super clean! And there was great communication!

Thanks, great trip, nice car.
PS the cooler did not have its wheels and its handle is kind of loose. As we received it.
