Vehicle is perfect for going up to Mt Rainier, while also being a bit smaller and efficient for city driving. My trip was a mix of city days and mountain days, so this was very ideal. The snow chains optional helped ensure we are ready if they were needed, alongside the snow tires and AWD. Also heated seats are amazing.
The only real issue was a previous guest needed an extension for a medical emergency at the last minute. We worked with the host to minimize impact, but this conversation took place the night before we were flying. The previous guest situation appeared pretty important due to the medical emergency/distance, and while the car owner was working with us on possible last minute replacements, we were banking on a lot of the features from this vehicle.
So I was without a vehicle for a couple days at the start, and while we were in the city it wasn't a killer, but it did impact the trip in various ways (Lyfts/Walking). Ideally we could have used a different vehicle, but last minute options were slim pickings. I was glad to work with the host though, because the vehicle was everything we needed and was a joy to ride. I was also able to get reimbursement for the days (but not lyfts/etc) at the end of the trip.

The delay was due to the previous guest being admitted to the emergency room and unable to return the vehicle on time. In this situation, Turo typically cancels the next trip, but we worked hard to keep your reservation so you could still have the AWD vehicle with snow tires and chains for Mt. Rainier.
We truly appreciate your flexibility and are glad the vehicle ended up being exactly what you needed.
