Car quality - not up to par. The smell was unbearable the whole trip - Smelt like cigarettes and gave us a headache. As we got in the check fluid light came on, obviously not a big big issue but regardless it’s not something you want to see when you are renting a car.

I like the car but it’s too small for me.

The car was easy to find but immediately smelt like cigarette smoke covered up by potent air fresheners. The car also didn’t have a full tank of gas, despite the listing saying that it would be full. Blue tooth did not connect and there was no aux cord available. The car was very run down- leather was ripped in the drivers seat and the buttons were worn making it difficult to know how to operate the vehicle. Warning service lights popped up as soon as we turned on the vehicle. We messaged the host and he all he said was that he was sure that the car was running well. We messaged him back about other issues and received no response. He only messaged us again on the final day of the trip asking for a 5 star review. It was disappointing that we didn’t hear back from him when we needed clarification about the issues we had. The car was parked at the airport for 4 hours before our trip was supposed to start which cost us additional money. Overall, communication from the host and quality of the vehicle was extremely poor.

Great car rental experience with Henry! Everything was smooth and professional. What impressed me most was the driver suggesting a cheaper option instead of the airport pickup—it showed real honesty and care. Will definitely book with him again. Highly recommend!
