Easy process, extremely responsive. Clean car. My only comment is that it was a little odd I had to pay for the parking ramp fee ($39) when I first picked it up, I would think that that should be accounted for already in the rental price if pickup at airport is identified as an included option.

Vehicle is as described and drives great. Pick up is convenient at airport but car is parked a a very long ways away if you don’t know the skybridge number to reach is more easily. Skybridge 6 is the elevator bank to take up. :)
