1st vehicle was a Jeep wrangler that was a great vehicle but on the last day started having some mechanical issues. I contacted the host to let him know and he immediately made arrangements with me to swap it for a upgraded Jeep for my final day free of charge. The pick up and drop off at the airport were very quick and professional. The entire experience went very well even with the mechanical situation which he resolved and had me in another vehicle within an hour of notifying him. I will 100% rent from him again and have suggested him and Turo to others for future trips.

Thank you, Keli’i, for your kind words and recommendations! We’re sorry for the unexpected thermostat failure, despite it being maintained by Jeep per manufacturer recommendations. We’re glad we could provide an upgraded Jeep within an hour at no extra charge. The thermostat has been replaced, and the Jeep is back in excellent running order. We look forward to welcoming you back!
