I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. My previous guest returned this vehicle significantly late and in a condition that did not meet my standards for safety and cleanliness. To ensure the guest still had a vehicle for their trip, I immediately offered a swap to another one of my 5-star rated SUVs, but the guest preferred to cancel instead. As an All-Star focused host, I will always choose to cancel a trip rather than provide a vehicle that isn't 100% ready for the next guest.
