Very disappointed and I believe we got scammed. Everything was fine in the car had quite a few dings and scratches, but that did not bother us. Upon returning, we stopped at a gas station and filled the tank to the top. Then I received a notification from Turo that we were being charged $47 for a “refueling fee.” unfortunately I did not take any photos of the gas odometer at the end, but I believe they drove the car afterwards and may have taken pictures after using up the gas and sending to Turo. Otherwise, I’m still confused on how this could happen as we filled the tank completely full on the way to the airport. Beware when you rent from “Franky.”
