Unfortunately, this trip involved an unexpected delivery-distance issue due to the location being on an island. Although the address appeared to be within my configured delivery radius, the actual driving route was significantly longer. I contacted Turo Support immediately and remained in communication with both Turo and the guest while trying to find a solution. The guest was informed of the situation and understood the circumstances, but unfortunately, we were unable to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately had to switch cars due an engine light. Also had miscommunication and didn’t leave from the spot after 2 hours of our original start time. They were really great in getting us a new car and adding another hour on our time. Overall great experience, just unfortunate…
