John was very communicative and helpful in the pickup and dropoff process. He was flexible when I needed to drop the car off earlier and when I needed to change my pickup and dropoff times as well.
The car was in great shape, very clean, and easy to drive and charge. My parents were very comfortable during their visit and I would absolutely book again.
