The host was a bit late for the initial pickup but overall it was a good experience. They made the check in and check out super easy. To echo a previous review, I also didn’t notice the slight damage to the front bumper until mid trip and I got a bit worried until I reviewed my check in photos. It definitely would have been nice if the host communicated the damage but fortunately it didn’t impact my use of the vehicle. Would definitely use again.
