Host was more than accommodating and was quick to respond to my (many) questions while being super kind and polite. Location for pickup/drop off is simple with fool-proof instructions, the price cannot be beat, especially for the vehicle that I rented. But what I appreciate the absolute most more than anything besides they're outstanding customer service, was having a clean car that had no issues whatsoever. The car was great the whole experience was great and I cannot wait to run through this business again.
