The car itself was great. The host was supposed to drop the car off at the airport. Instead I got rough directions to a parking garage. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, but they expected me to navigate myself to a train. Having never been in the city that was difficult. Anytime I would ask for help I’d be told to check the details of the listing. They were minimal help. I ended up having to uber all the way to the car across town. I’m not sure what the point of selecting a pickup location is at the point you’re going to drop the car off at the most convenient spot for yourself. They were also extremely rude and didn’t seem in a hurry to be of help.
