Not having 24 hours from the pick up time was very frustrating flight delays were out of my control so it would be nice if you guys would add an option to fix that.

We accommodated your last-minute booking after your flight was canceled and provided a brand-new 2026 vehicle. You rated all five host categories 5 stars and stated the car was good. Your flight cancellation was an airline issue, so it is disappointing to see that frustration taken out on your Turo host through a lower rating.

Fantastic host and one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. I’ve rented from them multiple times flying in and out of SeaTac and everything has always been smooth, easy, and exactly as described. Great communication, clean and well-maintained vehicles, and pickup/drop-off is always seamless. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely continue renting from them in the future.
