The car was really nice and comfortable to drive, and it was great on gas! Pick-up and drop-off were super easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend renting a car with Tiana!

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent rental. Overall, the car was clean and in good condition, but I was not completely satisfied with the experience.
There were a couple of unexpected issues:
I was charged additional airport parking fees that I was not expecting, which felt like a hidden cost. It would have been better to be notified at the time of booking about this airport parking fee.
The Apple CarPlay USB port was not working. I tried multiple different cables, but I was still unable to use Apple CarPlay.
Other than these issues, the vehicle itself was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive and communicated the pick up and drop instructions clearly
