Great ride to experience all of what Seattle and surrounding area has to offer. Vehicle was clean and luxurious, and host was great at communicating and very accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking and a luxury SUV for a WA trip.

We had an issue where the middle back seat belt did not work which was unfortunate for our family of 5. They were very responsive and even gave us a partial refund which was considerate. Otherwise no issues with the car.

Communication was great from the moment I booked the trip. Clear instructions for pickup, drop off and everything in between.
I ended up returning the vehicle late due to taking a detour caused by a floating bridge being up for ship passage and the host, Tetiana, was understanding.
Pros: Drove great and better gas mileage than expected
Cons: Window tint definitely on the darker side and smelled like smoke but no other reviews mentioned that so might have been previous renter, giving host benefit of the doubt
Cons not enough to take off a star, I would rent again!
