Car quality was very good

Everything was excellent, as always.
Car is very nice and drove well. Many features and a good SUV with lots of space. however the headlights were severely fogged over and dirty making it very hard to see at night even with brights on. the blind spot mirrors were also an issue you can’t see anything out of them. the glass looked like it was broken and the vehicle photos in the listing don’t show that. was charged over $20 even tho it was on a half tank which is what they gave it to me on

Just to clarify: the customer wanted free airport delivery, demanded a refund for returning the vehicle three hours early, and refused to pay for the missing fuel, despite photographic evidence. That explains their complaints.
Great experience, great communication would definitely rent from them again!

Always accommodating and friendly! Thank you always

Host was really easy to work with. Car was beautiful, especially with the interior detailing. Will definitely be renting with this host again.
