Turo is absolutely Horrible … rented me a car that was not inspected. Didnt refund all my money. Horrible biz model

From our end the vehicle was inspected Turo as recorded of it . The rental had to be completed earlier due To Turo informing us that we could swap the vehicle and rental person had to return the vehicle. The rental was under review due to information that wasn’t provided to us we try to go out and make this booking a good one but we was told we couldn’t due to to the guest issue on their end . Truly sorry for the inconvenience, it was out of our hands.
