Car quality was terrible. We picked up the car about 45 minutes from our home, traveled via highway home and half way back the rotors were chattering when braking. Even as low as 40 MPH and the rotors were chattering. The very next day we contacted the host and Turu directly to ask for a different vehicle, only to be told we would get an older vehicle and have to pay more $$. The host also expressed "he doesnt test drive or have time to check each vehicle when they are returned". We paid a lot of money to rent this vehicle and the safety/integrity of the vehicle should not be questionable. We were driving about 800 miles round trip, for our honeymoon, and should not have been weary about driving the vehicle. Turu refused to help, as we would not pay more $ for another vehicle. We took the rented car to our honeymoon, the oil light and windshield washer fluid light came on multiple times. We filled the car with 2 quarts of oil and windshield washer fluid. The check engine light came on multiple times and on the way home, the car began misfiring/bogging out when accelerating. Turu is a joke and we will never be renting another car from this host.

When you rent a suv and drive it like a race car +90 and then hard brake over and over the car is not ment for this purpose
Yes the car is older but the 2 last guest drove the car farther then you and gave positive feedback !

Daniel was absolutely wonderful to work with. The car was in excellent condition, clean, reliable, and exactly as described. The entire rental process was smooth, easy, and professional from start to finish. Daniel was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. I truly appreciated the great communication and outstanding service. Everything went perfectly, and I would be happy to rent from him again in the future. Highly recommended
