What an awesome experience working with Nathaniel. Our flight was late, we were dropped off in the wrong location by Uber to pick up the car, and we had a couple of questions once we had it (1st time driving an EV), and Nathaniel was responsive, patient and so kind. He treated us like we were the most important clients he had ever worked with. This was my first time using Turo, and Nathaniel set the bar extremely high. If it's like this all the time, I will never use another rental car service again :).
