Car is great. Issues with pickup were bizarre and soured the experience.
Hi Danica, we’re sorry you found the pickup confusing, as we try to make them as simple as possible. All you had to do is show up to the pickup location & we unlock the car for you remotely, but when your husband started pressing hard on the vehicle it triggered a collision alert which disables remote unlock. We were still able to unlock it for you remotely & in a timely manner so we are unsure why you were dissatisfied. In the future, please dont touch & manhandle the vehicles beforehand.
