I rented this car as my own was getting serviced. Great pick up and drop off. Car owner communication was timely and informative. Storage area in the back is great even though it's a small SUV. Bring a cable for Android or Apple Car as this model does not offer wireless connection for those services although it's wireless for calls. Also the Mercedes locations for functional buttons are kind of odd. Seat positions are on the door, radio volume is in center console and transmission is on the right of the steering wheel like an old Cadillac. I learned the functionality quickly and I would definitely get this rental again based on the awesome communication from the owner.
