Can was nice, car was clean but the parking lot for the drop off was a bit of a nightmare trying to find a space. I would recommend leaving w extra time bc you’ll take shuttle to airport from there.

Chicago O’Hare can be extremely busy, which is why we sent clear return instructions explaining that the vehicle could be left outside near the shuttle area and we would take care of parking it. Unfortunately, those instructions were not followed. We always try to make airport pickup and drop-off as easy as possible and encourage guests to carefully review the messages we send before returning the vehicle.

Car was great but scheduled for pick up and drop-off at O-hare airport not to be shuttled from a few miles away. Owner is responsive and helpful but pick-up and drop-off should be as listed.

Can was a great host!!! Our previous rental cancelled on us the day before our flight. We were devastated but CAN’s vehicle was available at a great price! He gave us great instructions on pick up and drop off which made our trip stress free. Thank you we look forward to booking again!!!
