Im giving 5 stars because of excellent vehicle in excellent conditions, tried to deliver the day before and they charged me for airports parking because told her going to leave the day before.

Just to clarify for future trips — any changes to the drop-off date or time should be made through the app in advance. Leaving the vehicle a day earlier without updating the reservation results in additional parking costs, especially at airport locations.
I always try to be flexible, but airport parking fees are outside of my control.
