Fraudulent charges after trip. Host billed for services never used and violations that don't exist. Mislabeled invoices to hide real charges. Vehicle remotely restricted during rental. Avoid.

We're sorry the guest was dissatisfied with their experience. The vehicle was fully functional throughout the rental and was returned without any issues related to drivability or remote restrictions.
The post-trip charges were for items incurred during the rental, including the Full Self-Driving software purchase made through the vehicle , charging costs, and tolls. These charges were submitted with supporting documentation in accordance with Turo's reimbursement process.
I rented the car to go to Wisconsin and I had a smooth ride Alex is an amazing person. I definitely recommend renting from him.
