Picking up the car was a breeze! Easy instructions. Smooth drive and very comfortable for our trip. The host was wonderful and very helpful. Our flight got canceled two days in a row because of weather and then mechanics. We were able to extend and he worked with me to drop the car with new directions in the middle of the night as we were at the airlines mercy. Definitely recommend! (Oh… gas mileage was great - 24 mpg)
