Odor in car needs attention
Car returned with heavy smell 3 hours before this trip started. We ozonated and detailed and almost got rid of the heavy smell. The only thing we can do is cancel the trip in the last moment. I think I’m leaning that way for future occasions, since Turo does not have hosts back for smoking violations any more and they have increase dramatically. Hope guests will be happy being stranded without a car in the last moment.
