Car had no AC. Stranded trying to rebook a vehicle.
Unfortunately the AC malfunctioned and had to be repaired. Despite our best efforts to maintain our cars, there are issues that occur that are 100% out of our control. We have repaired the AC and it is working properly now. We apologized profusely to this guest and of course refunded him. We had other vehicles available and would have gladly accommodated this guest had we been given the opportunity.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The car drove incredibly smooth and was in great condition, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be renting through them again the next time I’m in Savannah.
