The car was very nice lived it the only problem was got a flat tire on the highway from an item on the highway that I ran over couldn’t change the tire because there was no lock key contacted the host to let him know he responded quickly he said take the car to discount tires and have them brake the lock which would of cost $199.00 so I went to auto zone and Nissan to purchase a lock key and none of the lock keys worked a young man pulled over who was driving a rogue had his lock key and that didn’t work I stayed out there for about 5 hours trying to figure out how to take the lock off to change the tire and multiple people trying to help and giving me options but none seem to work so the next morning I contacted the host again to let him know what was going on and he said he would come and get the vehicle he came and the lock key he had did not work so he told me that Nissan have free towing and that they would be arriving in 30 minutes but when they showed up it was a guy in a pick up truck without a lock key at this time the host had already left and I texted him to let him know that they didn’t send a tow truck they sent a young man in a pick up truck and he didn’t have a lick key after contacting the host again he said leave the key and he would have the truck towed back to the location where I rented it from after all it is a very nice truck I hated that whatever was on the highway was there to cause the flat tire it could of been a great experience I lost out on a day and a half that I paid for other wise the host responded very quickly and now I have to pay for a tire

Vehicle was clean and rode great, owner was quick to respond and made us aware of an unexpected issue prior to pickup, but it did not impact our trip at all. 10/10 Would recommend using this vehicle.
