I’m honestly pretty disappointed with my experience renting this car. The communication from the owner was not great, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating.
During the rental, I got a flat tire, and the donut/spare tire in the car was not in usable condition. I had also noticed that the tire pressure light was on and made sure to let him know, but I didn’t receive a response until later.
Overall, I expected better communication and a safer, more reliable vehicle.
My hope and recommendation for future rentals would be for the host to thoroughly check the car before each rental, make sure the spare tire is safe and usable, and be more responsive when a renter has an issue.
I hope this helps improve the experience for future guests.
