Service with this host is okay, but you need to be persistent. Our initial rental reeked of cigarette smoke upon pickup. Not only is this a Turo policy violation but it also presents a major health issue for our asthmatic child. Response time was slow initially, and it took a firmer follow-up message the next day to get real action. However, once engaged, the host did drive out to our location to swap the car. While the replacement was older and less premium than what we booked, we really appreciated them saving us a two-hour trip back to the airport pickup spot.
