Vehicle was rented with mechanical issues, was not safe to drive, and had to be returned immediately after picking up. This was a huge inconvenience and caused delays in our plans.

I certainly would never release a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. Every vehicle is inspected before it goes out. This vehicle did not have a problem when I put it out for pickup. Unfortunately, the oil light did come on during the rental and the vehicle had to be returned. The vehicle has been repaired and is now in perfect operating condition. Thank you.
